About the role
We’re hiring a UGC Creator Manager to run and scale our creator program across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be working directly with creators every day — sourcing them, onboarding them, reviewing content, and pushing performance. If you’re obsessed with short-form content, retention, and what actually makes videos work, you’ll feel at home here.
This is not a 9–5 role. Creators post around the clock, and you’ll need to stay on top of things — including some evenings and weekends.
What you will be doing
- Finding creators through applications, platforms, and cold outreach
- Signing and onboarding new creators into the program
- Setting and negotiating creator pricing
- Reviewing videos and giving direct, practical feedback to improve performance
- Helping creators improve retention, hooks, pacing, and overall quality
- Staying in daily contact to keep creators consistent and moving fast
- Continuously bringing new creators into the pipeline
- Removing creators who are low-performing or unreliable
- Making sure we always have enough creators posting consistently
- Working closely with the founding team to scale the program quickly
